important booking information
travel fees
Travel fees are included in rates up to 20 miles (round trip) from zip code 74110. There will be an additional fee added for travel at a rate of $1.00 per mile over. All tolls, parking, or valet costs must also be covered. Relocations (any situation in which the makeup station is packed up and moved to a second location) are $50 each (per artist).
additional artists
For larger parties (6 + total services) or short timelines due to venue time restraints, an additional artist(s) would be needed for a hiring fee of $100 per artist. I will both hire and take care of all correspondence and arrangements concerning the artistry team- one less thing for you to worry about! Artists are selected from my own personal network of superstars , whom are capable of delivering the same level of service and professionalism associated with my brand.
early mornings
An early morning fee of $60 per hour (per artist) for each hour prior to 8 AM will be added when applicable.
accomodations
Hotel accommodations in a safe area are required for the night prior when the start time is 7 AM or earlier, or the travel time is an hour or more and the start time is 9 AM or earlier.
holidays
payments
A Holiday Service Fee of $100 will be added to all services booked on major holiday weekends
(ie. New Years Eve, New Years Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.)
A non-refundable retainer (30% of wedding day total) and a signed contract are required to reserve a date. Dates will not be held without a retainer.
All bookings must meet a minimum of FIVE (5) makeup services for On-Location weddings. (BRIDE INCLUDED)
All other services will be IN STUDIO.
RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
ONLY CONTRACTED RATES WILL BE HONORED.
BRIDAL PARTY MAKEUP
The little ladies of your life deserve to feel like part of the fun, too! We offer flower girl services in addition to our bridal party minimums so that they feel included during the getting ready time.
Flower girls do not count toward the minimum and services are strictly for those 10 and under. Very minimal makeup is a light dusting of blush, gloss and shimmer shadow.

FLOWER GIRLS
Our wedding party makeup services are for anyone in the wedding party who want to relax and enjoy the special moments along with you. We will service anyone who wants a little glam! Allow our skilled team of makeup artists to enhance their beauty while they enjoy the experience and sip on a mimosa!
